This spacious, fully furnished air-conditioned, renovated, three-bedroom/two-bath home is located on scenic A1A, with nothing to inhibit your ocean view! The second floor features a large spacious great room and kitchen and is decorated with island decor. Master bedroom has its own full bath. Second bedroom and bath are also on the second floor of the home. Downstairs you'll find the third bedroom. Large second floor deck, complete with hot tub, picnic table and gas grill, offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic. The beach is just across A1A. Master bedroom has queen-sized bed and its own full bath. Second bedroom features two twin beds, which we can convert to a King-sized bed upon request. Third bedroom on the first floor has a full-sized bed. Fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, cookware, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee pot, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, cable T.V., V.C.R., CD player, washer & dryer. Wireless internet is provided.
We do not accept pets, and smoking is restricted to outside of home.
My husband and I are in
our fifties and live in the first floor apartment of the house. We are quiet and pleasant and we understand privacy concerns and are respectful of that. We have created the rental unit with its own entrance and
there are no shared spaces.
Seasonal rates range from
$975 to $1175 per week.
Higher rates during Bike Weeks
and Race Weeks.
